salahnya dia, bukan salah gua. Handset ga bisa dipake, ga mau direfund, otaknya dimana tuh? How can a customer defend against a company like this?
1. Handset not work well.
2. In one month, the cap limit change from 150 to 180, i dont get update, I dont get any deduction. If i don't look carefully, i never realize this.
3. I asked to get free fb, the CS said ok i got it. Next day, when i checked my bill, CS said i must pay 8 dollars, i fight with her, end up it is FREE.
4. My bill came as 188 dollars, i get waiver 135 dolars but i must pay 111 dollar service cancellation fee that i never cancel anything??? The CS said, 111 dollars waived. So i must pay 53.20, the message sent to my mobile phone to confirm. 2 mins after, she said it's a mistake, i shouldn't get waiver 135 dollars.
As customer, i don't care about her mistake. It's not my problem, huh? The text message has been received. Beside, in original bill, the waiver amount is still deducting my total bill in the summary. How can she say this is a mistake? She has made 2 mistakes with another three problems. Is this not enough to refund ? I never say this rude, but this is sooooooo "thoughtless"
